Refund policy

Because all products in the Noard Music store are made to order through a print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
